-Pizza order. Nobody wanted pizza in the beginning but then everybody was hungry afterwards

-old Business NO discussion -new Business -??? opens with Thanking and congratulating the club on doing a great job -??? talks about recruitment -??? mentions Run-a-muca as a mandatory run -??? asks everyone to think and plan ahead for rides and promotion and sponsorship, etc… -Vote on making the second Sunday of every month at 1PM for when to hold our meetings, all agreed -Prospects, Lil Mikey and his posse, Zach, and Papa are the last prospects to enter after a 90 day pledge period, bi-laws to be amended to reflect that decision -Todd and company discussed setting a goal to become our own ECV chapter, most members like the idea -Discussion about MD Ride, all in favor, Double ought, Crunch, Pimpin’ to develop a plan, at next meeting be able to create a sub-committee and delegate action items -April 2nd ECV Pleasanton (Chug-A-Lug should e-mail a flyer) -Feb 17th Snow Shoe Candle Light -Crunch talked about charter, it is to be signed next meeting no matter what. No vote was taken but everybody liked the idea -No longrider ride to be on COCs calendar for 2005 due to the lack of time to prepare. -Mohawk to be contacted by an officer to receive sponsor funds that have not been turned in. -events -Reno Toy Run Sat Dec 11th We will meet at Vice Prez Crunches House, and will be leaving to the Alamo Truck stop at 10:15am. -We have $320 in cash as a club to put towards Toy Run Sponsorship

-Voted on Sponsoring the 2004 Reno Toy Run for $250. Unanimous, All in favor
